I am the founder and owner and Clinical Director for Reed Counseling and Consulting LLC which has been in practice for 5 years, before starting my practice I worked for a group therapy agency and served as a Licensed School Counselor servicing Mississippi and Tennessee. My current occupation includes Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider, and Prepare and Enrich Trainer. My company offers psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, and coaching and professional development, and consultation to therapists and healthcare professionals.  I am a current W.K. Kellog Creative Leaders Network Fellow I am a partner with Lyra Health, Therapy for Black Girls, Inc., The Loveland Foundation, and serve on the advisory board for the Youth Mental Health Coalition to increase mental health support and community. I received a graduate and undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and a Specialist degree in Counseling from Delta State University.

 My name is Kesha Davis Waterman, LPC-S, NCC. I am a Certified Clinical Tele-mental Health Provider. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology from Tougaloo College and a Master's of Education in Community Counseling from Delta State University. I have worked in the mental health counseling field for over 20 years. I also work as a graduate school Adjunct Instructor. I teach Counseling Skills, Group Counseling, Human Sexuality, and Mental Health Assessments. I’m also the Secretary of the Capitol Area Counseling Association. I have an LLC Finding Your Peace Counseling and Consulting Services.

I have been working in the mental health field for over 12 years. I received my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Jackson State University and my Doctorate in Professional Counseling from Mississippi College. In addition to working as an adjunct professor at Jackson State University, I have also worked in multiple mental health facilities across the state of MS and I currently run a private practice in Clinton, MS. In addition to my private practice, I also offer consultation services to therapists who are attempting to open a private practice, participate in workshops, serve as a motivational speaker, and offer supervision to individuals who are on the road to obtaining their licensure.

Dr. Shelbi Bradley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Board certified Telemental Health Provider. She is the owner and clinical Director of Powerful Minds Counseling Center. Shelbi specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, life adjustments, and much more. Shelbi is married and has two dogs; she loves her family and friends. Shelbi is a 2023 graduate of Mississippi College and an alumnus of William Carey University and The University of Southern Mississippi. Shelbi is a native of Gulfport and truly enjoys living in Coastal MS. She is a member of Greater Mt. Olive Baptist church and several volunteer organizations across the state. Shelbi is an advocate for all things wellness and mental health.
