Fall conference will be held November 4 – 6, 2026, in Biloxi, Mississippi. Registration is now available under the conference tab. 

Registration for the 2026 MCA Fall Conference at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center in Biloxi, Mississippi, is now available!

 

Please note that if your district has previously paid your membership dues or conference registration and will be doing so again this year, they must have the W-9 that was updated in 2024. MCA's W-9 information was changed when the office was moved July 1, 2024. To get a copy of MCA's W-9, please email [email protected] with this request. The updated W-9 includes the new PO Box address where all mail should be sent. 

 

You may also want to remind your district to add your name as it appears in Memberclicks to all payments that are sent to MCA.

Listed below are the various pricing levels for in-person attendees:
Attendance for Full Conference:
Regular Members $299
Retired Members $299
Student Members $110
Non-Members $450
 

Hotel Block Information

We highly encourage you to use the MCA block of rooms at the Beau Rivage, in Biloxi, MS. Utilizing these blocks to the full extent will help us keep block rates low in the future. Please note that the hotels have different deadlines. 


Beau Rivage Block Information: 

The deadline to book a room for conference using the block rate is October 13, 2026. You may call to book a room or you may click here to book a room through the block. If you wish to have a guaranteed room type you must call and the following options are available for an additional fee: 

Guaranteed Room Types: Must call hotel to secure guaranteed room type

DLN1- Guaranteed King Bed $10 Additional

DLNQ- Guaranteed Queen Beds $20 Additional
