Registration for the 2025 MCA Fall Conference at the Cadence Bank Arena in Tupelo, MS, is now available!
Please note that if your district has previously paid your membership dues or conference registration and will be doing so again this year, they must have the W-9 that was updated in 2024. MCA's W-9 information was changed when the office was moved July 1, 2024. To get a copy of MCA's W-9, please email [email protected] with this request. The updated W-9 includes the new PO Box address where all mail should be sent.
You may also want to remind your district to add your name as it appears in Memberclicks to all payments that are sent to MCA.

Utilizing this block to the full extent will help us keep block rates low in the future. The deadline to book a room for conference using the block rate is October 15, 2025.
